Now is a good time to pre-register for the Fall Quarter that begins October 3rd, 2010. Intensive study courses begin Octoberv11th. Here are the upcoming Level I, Level II, LevelI II and Continuing Education professional courses.

Guild Certification Seminar - Level I Certification

The basic wine certification seminar is our professional introductory course of study designed for individuals who desire to learn about wine. The focus is to develop a basic knowledge of wine, wine evaluation, wine description and wine and food pairing. September 18-19, Denver CO

• October 09-10: Denver CO
• October 16-17: Woodlands (Houston), TX
• November 13-14: Austin, TX
• November 20-21, Denver CO
• December 11-12, Arlington, VA
• December 11-12, Denver CO

Advanced Wine Course - Level II Certification
We will be offering Advanced Wine Courses in both Denver and Austin in the Fall Quarter. We are offering the 12-week class in Denver on both Sundays and Wednesdays and two Intensive Study courses in Denver this Fall:

• October 3 through December 19th in Denver, Sundays)
• October 6 through December 15 plus exams on December 19th in Denver (Wednesdays)

1-Week Intensive Study Advanced Wine Course - Level II Certification

• October 11-17: Intensive Study Advanced Wine Course
• November 15-21: Intensive Study Advanced Wine Course
• November 15-21: Intensive Study Advanced Wine Course, Austin, TX, Austin Community College

Level III Program: Guild Wine Master

All Level III courses are open to anyone who has completed the Level I Seminar or Level II Course. Level III courses being taught during the Fall Quarter of 2010 are:

• October 4 through December 13: Advanced Regional Italy, Denver, CO
• October5 through December 14: Advanced Regional New World
• October 7 through December 16: Wine Business

Level III Intensive Study Courses:

• October 18-22: Intensive Study Advanced Regional Italy
• October 25-29: Intensive Study Advanced Regional New World
• November 1-5: Intensive Study Wine Business
• November 8-12: Intensive Study Blind Tasting

Continuing Education courses are open to anyone who has completed the Level I Certification Seminar. Continuing Education courses being taught during the Fall Quarter of 2010 are:

• October 6 through December 15: History of Wine - Modern New World
• October 3 through December 12: Fine Spirits Certification
• November 29-December 3: Intensive Study Fine Spirits Certification
