Fine Spirits

Fine spirits have always been associated with those who enjoy fine wines. These educational classes will present information on the history, styles, production, and tasting etiquette of some of the worlds finest spirits. Click a corresponding "Register" link to sign up.
$50 per person per class

Brandy and Cognac
Register - Brandy: 6:30PM - 9:30PM, Wednesday, January 28, 2009 ($50)

Single Malt Scotch
Register - Scotch: 6:30PM - 9:30PM, Friday, February 27, 2009 ($50)

Single Barrel Bourbon
Register - 6:30PM - 9:30PM, Thursday, March 19, 2009 ($50)

Sign up for any three classes and save 15%. The discounted price will not be reflected on your registration. We will confirm the discount when we send you a confirmation of your registration.

Because we purchase spirits and food based on the number of registrants, no-shows are charged a non-refundable fee equal to the registration fee, per person, unless other arrangements are made at least 5 working days in advance of the seminar.

If for any reason a class is cancelled we will phone or e-mail you 48 hours prior to the start of the class. If a class is cancelled at the last minute due to bad weather (this is very rare) we will reschedule the class. However, if a class is held and you decide not to attend because you believe the weather is bad than it will be treated as a no-show.
