Experience the wines of France region by region. Taste between 6 and 10 wines per class, receive handout materials to keep for reference and enjoy regional bread and cheese during the tasting. Loire Valley ($50)
With one of the most complex cuisines in France, the Loire valley produces a wide range of wines of all types and styles. We will try whites, reds, sparkling and dessert wines.

Burgundy ($65)
The most important French wine region to the French speaking world. Home of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Rhône Valley ($65)
The most important French wine region to the Italian speaking world. It is where Syrah (called Shiraz in Australia) and Viognier are found. Incredible, long lived wines.

Because we purchase wines and food based on the number of registrants, no-shows are charged a non-refundable fee equal to the registration fee, per person, unless other arrangements are made at least 5 working days in advance of the seminar.
If for any reason a class is cancelled we will phone or e-mail you 48 hours prior to the start of the class. If a class is cancelled at the last minute due to bad weather (this is very rare) we will reschedule the class. However, if a class is held and you decide not to attend because you believe the weather is bad than it will be treated as a no-show.
