The Guild has developed a series of wine and food classes where we teach you to prepare the menu - complete with wines. Each class includes complete recipes, wine list, food preparation and a wine and food pairing lecture unique to that dinner. You get to produce and eat the meal, with all the wines, so that you can feel confident to go home and prepare it yourself. Each class will include a four-course meal that follows a classical approach to food: antipasto, pasta, main course, and dessert.
Culinary Faculty: Executive Chef Angelo Camillo, Ph.D, and Executive Chef Sherrie Robbins. Chef Camillo was born and trained in Italy and is currently on the faculty at the University of Denver. Chef Robbins is the Guild’s Corporate Executive Chef.
