Summer into Fall

In the wintertime when it's cold outside, we drink full-bodied wines to go with the richer meals we eat. In the spring we start looking for wines that go with the changing season: clean, crisp and flavorful. In the summer, when it's hot outside, we drink light reds and whites as well as European roses to go with the lighter food. In fall, as it begins to cool, we drink more full-bodied wines again. Each class in this wine school series will cover a specific grape or style of wine and how it produces different wines depending upon the growing area, climate and winemaking techniques. Tuition at our wine school includes wine (6-10 different wines), bread and cheese, and handouts. Click a corresponding "Register" link to sign up.
$50 per class per person, except where noted.

If for any reason a class is cancelled we will phone or e-mail you 48 hours prior to the start of the class. If a class is cancelled at the last minute due to bad weather (this is very rare) we will reschedule the class. However, if a class is held and you decide not to attend because you believe the weather is bad than it will be treated as a no-show.
