Guild Membership: Level I Certification (Certified Wine Sommelier, Certified Chef of Wine Arts, Certified Wine Manager, Certified Wine Merchant, Certified Cellar Manager). - $50 annual dues.

Guild Membership: Level II Certification (Executive Wine Sommelier, Executive Chef of Wine Arts, Senior Wine Manager, Senior Wine Merchant, Senior Cellar Manager). - $75 annual dues.

Guild Membership: Level III Certification (Guild Master Sommelier, Guild Master Chef, Guild Master Cellar Manager). - $150 annual dues.

Guild Membership: Level IV Certification (Master of Wine Arts). - $250 annual dues.
